2008 saw the inception of dynamic French duo Baron and eKa. Forced to bear witness to artists saturating the public with a fast deteriorating quality of music; the two raised arms as they vowed to wage a war against the norm’. Since that decree… their ascension has been totally uninhibited, climbing at a break-neck speed with no signs of stopping.

After only three years, the two auditory titans have carved their name into the very flesh of the industry. Today, their name spills from the lips kings and peasants alike… MUSTARD PIMP.

The amalgamation of French Acid/Techno and heavy metal/ rock, with influences spanning from “House to breakbeat and electro to maximal”; Mustard Pimp’s aesthetic has been hailed by the community as a definitive one, marking the duo as significant players in the modern electro movement. Since their genesis in 2008, the two have been credited with a cutting-edge and ever-progressive sound. Their ingenuity and flair for originality has kept their work at the forefront of the industry while many of their peers have stagnated and withered beneath their feet.

25 plus mixtapes, 25 plus remixes and 20 plus original tracks; Mustard Pimp don’t just produce music, they live, breath and feed on music and 2010 sees the boys at the peak of their game. Signed to the US powerhouse label “Dimmak Records” June saw Mustard Pimp release their forth EP “Rock, Paper, Scissors” which was met with universal praise from fans and critics alike. Revered for their stage presence, Mustard Pimp have come to effortlessly command crowds into a frenzy. Give the two a deck, then sit back and watch as they orchestrate the sea of the crowd into waves of mayhem and debauchery. Eyes locked on 2011 the boys currently have their first full length album in the works, but before Mustard Pimp retreat to the confines of their studio their gaze has fallen on down-under…
