Christmas 2011. As I sit here with my Candy-cane and glass of plonk, one can’t help but pause and think about how rapidly the year has flown by.

To producers the world over – our industry is one characterized by high risk ventures, minimal profits and a chaotically vicious climb to the top of the blogosphere… BUT our common love of gorgeous music and unforgettable nights has, and will, keep fueling us onwards.

We here at Trashbags and TUFF EM UP! Records alongside our juggernaut partner in crime, FAKE, have had a tremendous year. 2011 was characterised by only the biggest parties, biggest artists, biggest tunes and the best following of party-harders anyone could ask for.
